CLEANROOM PANEL INTALILATION

Cleanroom panels are installed to create airtight, dust-free controlled environments. The process begins with preparing and leveling the floor, followed by securely fixing base channels. Wall panels are then erected vertically using tongue-and-groove or cam-lock systems, ensuring proper alignment to maintain plumb and tight joints. After this, the ceiling suspension system is installed before fixing the ceiling panels, with necessary cutouts provided for lights, HEPA filters, and diffusers. All joints are carefully sealed with silicone to ensure complete airtightness. Finally, inspection and testing are carried out to check for air leakage and to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
